It is everyone goal to one day build a dream house. However, the cost involved usually scares prospective home builders away as it’s quite expensive.

Example; If a client is payimg over 16 months, the build will general linger beyond 16 months. And on the flip side, if all the cash is readily available, the project could be completed within a significantly shorter period. 

  3. Weather Conditions: Adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or extreme cold, can slow down construction. Inclement weather can affect various stages of the building process, from excavation to exterior finishing.

  4. Permitting and Approvals: The time required to obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities can vary. Delays in this process can impact the overall construction schedule.

  5. Availability of Materials: The availability of construction materials can impact the timeline. Shortages or delays in obtaining specific materials may slow down the construction process.
